I love Kira's encouraging comments, it makes me want to keep doing her workouts. Not like other workouts where the teacher berates you with, "Come on you slackers!" Those just make me mad :/

Hah! Thank you so much Gail! I have experienced those fitness instructors who "yell at you" myself. While it may be motivating for some, it's not my style. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. It encourages me to think about new ways to challenge all of you. I know you aren't slackers! :)

Really enjoyed this lesson. Great balance of abs, legs, arms, stretching and more. Definitely need to move my body in this way - also a great length lesson for fitting into everyday life.
