Vicki Forman is a certified Yoga Alliance 500 E-RYT Yoga instructor through Integrative Yoga Therapy from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Massachusetts. She has taught Yoga for Health and Pilate’s classes for Allan Hancock College for the last eight years. For the last 18 years, Vicki has taught at Walnut Pier Health Spa teaching both Yoga and Mat Pilates.
In her yoga practice, Vicki employs numerous styles of Hatha yoga including those of Kripalu and Iyengar Yoga. She has a background in Mat work Pilates and Yoga therapeutics. She has studied with Judith Lasater for three years in Restorative Yoga and is a certified “Relax and Renew” Yoga instructor. These trainings as well as her years as a professional Yoga Instructor have greatly formed her teaching.
Vicki completed her BA degree in Liberal Studies from Fresno State taking College courses with a focus on teaching. Vicki launched a two websites as a continuing resource for her Yoga and Pilates students – www.yoga4man.com and www.yogaformankind.com. Both websites offers Yoga and Pilate’s instructional videos. Vicki has been producing Yoga and Pilates videos for the last eight year for TAPTV television which is broadcast on Comcast Cable. The instructional Yoga and Pilate’s videos are currently on YouTube. Clips of her videos are popular on YouTube and have become part of the YouTube’s Revenue Shared Videos. These instructional videos follow themed topics like “Healthy Spine, Weight Loss Program, Stress Reduction and Flexibility. Several companies are currently using her instructional videos for their employees and patients.
