Curious .
Hello again. All my lessons are published and approved. I would now like to publish and get my COURSE approved. Your help section indicates
"Simply access the course from your Course Manager, check the “published” checkbox, and click save."
I do not see a "published checkbox". I see a column with the title "PUBLISHED" and underneath it the word "TRUE"

Hi Charlie! Currently we do not send notifications when lessons are approved. You'll have to check your teacher dashboard (curious.com/teach). It typically takes us 7-9 days to review lessons.

Is this still true that it takes 7 days to review a lesson? And I read that lesson prices are currently set by the Curious team - and teachers must have at least three published and approved lessons in order to charge for their content on Curious.com - is this still valid as well?

Hi Jonnalyn! Sorry for the delayed response. It takes 7-9 days to review lessons. We no longer set lesson prices; all paid content is available to students with a Curious+ membership. And teachers may charge for the content once they have published a lesson that has been approved—but we require that all teachers have at least one free lesson. If you have any other questions, you can reach us at teachersupport@curious.com.

Dan's How to Videos
Great lesson! I had a few questions though. I had uploaded a few videos and created a lesson when I realized the audio was not right. How do I delete the lesson? My other question involves how curious shows our lessons. If I put together a lesson is it better to create one long lesson or break it down into multiple smaller lessons so that a potential viewer can find exactly what they want from the lessons?

I have the same ideas its a little bit confusing to make long lessons and give the students break.

Hi Dan and HU, good questions. Lesson length varies from subject to subject, but we generally recommend you break your content up into lessons of 5-15 minutes in length. Students can find subtopics by jumping from section to section within each lesson. To delete a lesson, you'll need to contact us at teachersupport@curious.com.
