I love the way you teach a class. This is a great practice for me right now since I have plantar fasciitis in both feet. I have been practicing for two years now and I over did it doing two ashtanga classes back to back twice a week. So now I'm doing gentle flow and flow classes twice a week. Thank you for making these classes available.
