Thank you, this was really interesting. I had a brain tumour removed at 16 and was paralyzed on the left to my neck. All came back other than my knee down. I have no spacial awareness and my balance is awful. I'm now 54 so as you might imagine, my brain is not as quick to recover. Synopsis etc, you'll understand better than I. I used a wobble board as part of my recovery, a bit dangerous now. I fall often. Also have fibromyalgia. Do you think this course will help, I'm willing to try. Thanks

I am pretty bummed out that the video doesn't come with English subtitles/closed-captions. I am not able to follow the video as I am Deaf. Please consider to include transcripts and/or subtitles/closed-captions in near future.

The balance session re-enforced what I learned in kinesiotherapy for evaluation of my balance as I have tinnitus both ears.. I had gotten away from my exercises when other health problems began to rear their heads. Well taught session at a pace that nearly anyone could follow You went through each step clearly with both verbal and physical demonstration of each step; emphasizing the most important steps,and always stating the importance of safety. Thank you and God Bless You in your work & life
