It would be helpful if you added an attachment to each lesson that shows the training schedule for the week.
Pose Method
This is something we are considering. One reason we haven't is because the training schedules are meant as a blueprint. Not every runner will fit that exact programming. We want the course participants to adjust the training to fit their abilities.

What are the rest periods between shorter runs such as 400/800/1k?
Pose Method
Typically, the rest periods between intervals should be a few minutes. One way to ensure recovery is to measure your Heart Rate. Once you're HR drops below 120 bpm, you can continue on to the next interval. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions. NR

Hi , in the training schedule , I Dont understand the runing sets ... Could you please explain to me ... Please
Pose Method
Hi JC, Each week of the 12-week program, a training schedule is provided. During each session you'll go through a warm-up set, a group of running technique drills, and running sets. The training program overall is aimed at improving your performance at various distances that translate to an improved marathon or half-marathon time. Since the program doesn't take input from you, it is balanced to cover all the necessary areas of focus. Let me know more specifically what's confusing to you. NR
