I was hoping for actual self defense not this childish stuff... I guess this may help a few smaller women... but you should be able to put in the level you are at
Brandon S
Although talking about more general ideas like weakest links and such are helpful somewhat
Chuck Johnson
Check out some of the later episodes. (Like the ones on bar fight scenarios, multiple opponent situations, etc,) as those may be more akin to what you are looking for. In general, I try to keep the teaching style light hearted, but the techniques featured in the content itself are rock solid.

He doesn't touch me anymore. He's on probation for domestic violence and had to do a batterers intervention class but honestly I don't think it did any good. He still talks terrible to me. I just want to know how to defend myself in case he ever tries it again. Like when he gets off of probation. I want to be prepared and I don't want nothing to happen that would get me in trouble. He's snaky. He would turn it around on me. He already tried putting me in the psych ward and it almost worked
Chuck Johnson
Yeah, people who are abusive are generally manipulative as well. You have to be really careful with that Barbara. Can I ask? Have you ever thought about leaving? If not, what is holding you there?

How do you escape an aggressor who grabs both your wrists and puts all their weight on you pinning you down? For instance my husband has pinned me down up and against the headboard of our bed or even just down on the bed before and puts his whole weight and body on top of me holding both my arms or wrists with one hand and crushing my face squeezing on both sides of my face and covering my mouth and nose so no one can hear me scream and I can't breathe. I'm petite. His hand covers my whole face.
Chuck Johnson
Hi Barbara, My apologies for the slow response. It's been a busy week. Didn't mean to leave you hanging though! (><) As for your question, if you check out episode 12 of how to defend yourself in a fight, I cover that scenario a bit. (Or at least one similar to it). Please check it out. I hope that it helpful for you. Barbara, the bigger question I want to ask though, is why your husband is doing this to you. I am a husband myself, and I would never do that to my wife.
Chuck Johnson
Have you told anyone else that he does these things to you? If not, you should. It seriously sounds like domestic abuse, and no one deserves that. If you ever need someone to talk to, I can help you with anything, please write me here anytime, okay?
