Loved these lessons. It was a great basic. So, I've got this great anchor ready for future use. I am approaching something I am super nervous about. When, and how, do I implement the anchor? Won't using it right before, when I am nervous, anchor that emotion?

Hi Lavender. I would fire it off before getting to that point. If you created it strong enough it can also be fired off in the emotion and should counter it. There is a process I didn't show called Collapsing Anchors which I would use too. This is a bit too advanced to explain here though. I suspect though that firing off a strong anchor when you are nervous will do the trick. It shouldn't anchor the nervousness unless you repeatedly do it or it's a super intense time. Hope that helps?
