SO enjoyed this message. I have begun practicing yoga regularly and am taking better care of myself. I'll take this practice inward and also remind myself of all that I have to be thankful for within my arms' length. Great exercise!

Okay, that was great. Just great. I am breathing better. I was complaining in my head that I don't make enough money. Then I realized wait a minute you have a great home, 3 healthy kids and job with a reverse commute, a husband with a job and benefits, fantastic lungs, I could go on forever. This is great for people who have trouble meditating.
