Paget's series on midlife health & wellness was the first "course" I have taken on the Curious site. The good intentions Susan has are clear, but I found very little value in this particular series. She expounds a litany of anecdotes, all focused on herself, offering nothing in the way of suggestion, inspiration, instruction, or even sympathy for those of us who really are struggling with the transition into middle age. I didn't learn anything. My first impression of this site is not so good.

The course you watched is a collection of random vids taken from my YouTube channel where I do share my personal transitions openly in a way to help others.
