    Enjoyed the lesson; the instructor was great! I don't think the comment about her delivery was fair... focus on the content! All very helpful, particularly because it takes focus away from the common but unhelpful tendency to think of a broken relationship as some form of personal failure.. the relationship is broken, not the people in them. I've remained friends with all my exes, and all my breakups were overdue. But the slow extrication helped... by the time we break up, nobody is surprised.

    I think Selina was still very effective in conveying all her content and I feel pretty empowered. I also realized I started looking for new relationships even though I hadn't fully gone through the grieving process. I'm pretty excited to get through the whole course and untangle these knots I've been building. Thanks Selina!

    The speaker needs to work on her speaking skills. It does not sound genuine. Very scripted & her facial expressions seem fake also.

    I agree strongly, I felt like this lesson was actually one of the worst on curious. I'm paying money mostly for the relationship side to help improve my daily life and obviously my relationships. I felt like the speaker was almost poking fun, and the pronunciation and alliteration of the words were very harsh. I had zero flow what so ever.

    hey mattie, sorry that you feel this way. I'm not "poking fun" at anyone. This method is the exact method I have used on many of my clients as well as what has personally worked for me in the past. I can't be anyone but me, so sorry if my personality did not vibe well with yours. Hopefully you can look past that to get the objectives of my lessons and use my resources to guide you through your breakup season.
