Hello fellow curiousos. We loved Henry's lesson and ended up making 3 batches to bottle and give to friends for The Holidays.
We used tangerine peals instead of orange peals because it's what we had around the house. We also used a slotted spoon (as suggested by Henry) to caramelize the sugar cubes because we didn't have a sifter.
It was great fun and the Glogg turned out great. Thanks for the awesome lesson!!

I made a card with a description of the olive oil I was giving my friend Cindy. I made a cheater bow out of thin ribbon and tied it onto the bottle.
I made a dunkelweizen using the kit from www.morebeer.com - I'll let you know how it turns out in a couple of weeks! I had to aerate it without using an aerator too... quite a lot of work. Also, I'm not strong enough to lift the kettle and such on my own, so a lot of it was a two-person job. The wort tasted promising, so I'm looking forward to trying the final product. Thanks James!
