I have been trying to manage monkey mind for years. I am resolving right now to meditate for at least 10 minutes and just concentrate on my breathing.

Thanks Dona! Please let me know if you are able to keep your commitment of 10 minutes each day. If you can I would love to hear what has changed for you. It will also keep me focused too. Sometimes I travel a lot and get out of the routine of meditating. I will report back to you as well. -Michelle
