Why is that no importance is given in this curio about the steps of baking the dessert ? What temperature and how long to be baked ? Sad ! Otherwise a great video but incomplete.

Not sure why that part was edited out, as I did not edit this particular video, but it is 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned on top.

OMG, you just blow my brains "Semolina is not a wheat..."

Oh, I would never want your brains to blow up over wheat! When I released this video, I realized too late that I made this mistake, semolina is indeed wheat, sorry for the flub. Hope your brains are intact!
