I love your lessons! You crack me up! I burned my coffee syrup really bad. The kind of burn that stinks up the whole house & ruins your pan, burn. Then it really became a mess when I tried to fix with a syrup. Mess as in I turned my back for a second & cream & liquid are flying everywhere, & I mean Everywhere! I'm guessing coconut sugar has a different reaction than sugar, & mix in gently doesn't mean leave in kitchen-aide to whip some more;) My fault lol but I have now discovered Nutella uh oh

LOL!! I am so sorry that happened to you Tiffany!! Yes, you must watch the coffee like a hawk and stir it constantly or else....coffee will attack! Now, the fact that you discovered Nutella in this whole process makes it totally worth it though..right?

Ooooh yeah my brain and tastes buds love yoouuuu! My thighs fitting in this dress are questioning my whole trying to rationalize eating it straight out of the jar! I will try the ice cream again with cocunut sugar and gently stirring in non burned coffee syrup. I mean, ummmm I need an excuse to buy me some costco size Nutella!

She is so cute and natural. Love her enthusiasm for what she is doing. I make her hummus recipe a lot, now I might make Arabic coffee ice cream!
