Superb ! I never understood an iota of Nash equilibrium earlier ,but this video got me started.

why doesn't this equilibrium need to be inforced to be followed

Because if players are playing an equilibrium, each side's strategy is optimal given what the other is doing. Put differently, your action rationalizes my action and vice versa. If I do anything else, I can't fare any better.
