Assignment for:

Exposure, Aperture, and Shutter Speed

I made a dunkelweizen using the kit from www.morebeer.com - I'll let you know how it turns out in a couple of weeks! I had to aerate it without using an aerator too... quite a lot of work. Also, I'm not strong enough to lift the kettle and such on my own, so a lot of it was a two-person job. The wort tasted promising, so I'm looking forward to trying the final product. Thanks James!

I followed Pink Pistachio's lesson exactly and the results were awesome! I was worried mine wouldn't look as good since it was my first time, but I think they look great! Really simple to do, & fun!

I used pink crystals and silver spacer to commentate pink crystals.
