I came to yoga after living with years of chronic stress and headaches in New York City. Yoga has allowed me to love and accept myself as I am, and clear the pain and stress I lived with for so long. Through my teachings, I bring the biomechanics of the body back into alignment and encourage deep relaxation with breath awareness through meditation.
