My older cat (12) has lost a few teeth in his lifetime so he depends on wet food. He is more energetic and happy than younger cats I've seen who were fed exclusively dry food. Wet food has so many benefits, the fact that they are mimicking the behavior of their natural inclination to chew and digest raw meat from prey animals makes it very clear that it is the best, most natural way to feed your cats. My veterinarian supports and recommends this diet as well.

All my cats are fed on dry. Shock ,horror! They are so fussy about what they eat, fresh wet food is not possible as we are vegetarians in the house.( not the animals that is)but the wet also is iffy for the way the prosses it. First the meat goes into a wat of alcaliens and then in to a wat of acid to "nuralize" it.

You lost me at "prosses". Your last sentence nearly gave me a stroke trying to decipher it. I just feel like if you don't even know how to spell the things you're trying to refute, that maybe you shouldn't speak on that particular subject.

I switched my GF's 6 year old calico from dry to wet and she went from "sluggish", "lazy", "clumsy"... to spry and agile and playful in less than six months. Lucky it was an easy enough transition. I still include dry treats upto a handful of ten or fifteen pieces per day. For fun. I'm going on to homemade cat food soon.
