Thank ya ma lady...I have ben, mostly frm books trying to get in yoga shape but it always seems im not doing something quite right...yer instructions were very helpful and did not rush too much thru as some instructors can. I have yer app on my phone as of today too :) Kind of funny I found you on two different things without trying! Anywho...thank ya kindly!! :)
