what is meant by "our" constitution? the constitutional convention was a meeting of rich, white men, so i surmise "our" must refer to rich, white men or it refers to the rest of "us" who had rich, white men impose their law on the rest of "us" and what are states anyway? territory stolen from indigenous peoples (people derided as "merciless indian savages" in the declaration of independence
