there are so many distractions out there...more than the 250 food thoughts a day. being present/mindful/aware in regards to one thing at one moment really does take practice. mainly because there is always someone/thing vying for my attention.

Is there a version for those of us who want to gain weight?

Hi Kathy, thanks for your question. While mindful eating can help people lose weight, that is not the primary focus of this course. It's about becoming aware of what, when, where, why and how you eat, and making informed choices from a place of greater knowledge. Beyond that, in my opinion, you would be best helped by a licensed health care provider as well as a dietician who can assess your unique health and nutritional needs. Best wishes, Suzanne
