I'm Jeanette Darbyshire and I super love yoga!
I'd love to share some yoga classes with YOU.
My classes typically combine flowing movement with breath, are quite dynamic, integrate helpful alignment cues and have a healthy dose of fun and playfulness.
I've been at it for over 19 years now.
Here are a few things that I feel yoga has brought to my life:
- a strong, healthy body which I really like because aches, pains and grumbles are few and far between
- an adaptable attitude because, hey, things can change and you have go with it
- an ability to catch my thoughts and make a quick assessment of whether they are serving me and others (or not)
