Cute idea! What paint do you recommend on finished teapots??

I don't actually use any paint on the teapot itself. You have to be careful about getting paint on the inside, most birds are pretty sensitive to paint fumes. And you don't want it to start flaking off and accidently be ingested. You can find some cute ceramic teapots at the thrift store with the paint baked right in....much safer for the birdies.
