I raise my own chickens for meat and eggs, and instead of plucking, I just skin them during the the butchering process. But I did NOT know how to cut them up properly, OR how to butterfly them for the grill! Thanks! How about beef bone broth, do you know how to make that?
The Mobile Home Gourmet
Thanks for the feedback. Beef bone broth is made almost the same way, except that the bones are often roasted first (if they are raw) for more flavor and color. I don't make the broth because I rarely buy beef. When I need it, I make a cheater beef broth by using chicken stock and a little beef bouillon. It works well. Thanks again. Dennis
