This lesson is most timely since I'm 61 years old and have found my memory not as good as it used to be! I say that it's because I'm putting way too much information into my brain and while that is true, I hate forgetting so much information. Sometimes the information pops up into my mind when I stop trying. Very frustrating and not dependable however!! That you for the simplicity and clarity on the poses!!
