Hi Rich, thanks a much for your survival strategies.I got it . To sing the alphabet could be the right one to overcome the fear-factor For instance if you are going to order something but you are not able to remember the starter ( a word or phrase.Think about the letters "S" like sweet ,soup or starter.Another strategy is to play a role game. Let the waiter sing the ABC- song up and down the menu as long as you need to find the right meal ( word or phrase) and then order as you like it.Cle
