Hey Richard, really enjoying your talks. Could you go a little more into "trusting yourself"? I am having a difficult time taking that leap of faith. Kind regards, alice giovanna.

Hey Alice! Thank you and of course! Trusting ourselves is something we develop over time. The more we create and keep our commitments, the more we trust ourselves! Integrity is our glue that holds us together. For example, every single time I tell someone "I'll do that to you by 1pm" that means 1pm... not 1:01pm. I've broken thousands of commitments and still break some today, but I trust myself A LOT more. There is absolutely NO shame/guilt when breaking a commitment. We are only human. Cheers!
