I’m a former competitive amateur boxer and martial arts practitioner now coaching boxing out of Toronto, Ontario in Canada. I’ve been training for over 18 years and I love the science of combat sports. My goal is to help you realize your boxing potential, enhance your skills as a boxer, or take your striking for MMA and Thai Boxing to the next level. My formula involves sound technique, in depth knowledge of boxing tactics and strategy, and the pursuit of gradual progression to your personal limit.
