Each day we wake up to a whole new of set minutes. 1440 minutes to be exact. Sure, there are obligations and commitments, real life “to do’s”. But I want to challenge you to be certain that you’re setting some “to do’s” for you. Can you spend 20 minutes doing a Pilates Workout today? Can you lace up your running shoes and fit in a short jog? Or try a new form of exercise.
