My name's Effie, I'm a qualified nurse by trade and I love helping people in what I do.
My other passion is baking, there is no greater satisfaction when you bring an amazing dessert to a function and everyone is praising you on how amazing it looks and more importantly how orgasmic it tastes! (yes i have actually had someone say this too me)
My goal is to make recipes simple and easy, so that anyone can feel like they can achieve something thats looks appetising and tastes amazing.
My main inspiration for baking is my cousin Anthony who lost his life recently, every time I bake it reminds me of the great memories we shared and the times we sat to have meals together. Family is important and the one time most families gather is for a meal.
