Date and time are important to reports and spread sheets. Formatting the cells makes a report more useful. Short cuts make this task easier, too!

Is it possible to create a time-clock type spreadsheet where the employee will merely click on the first cell and the date will appeare, when the second cell is clicked, the start time will appear and when the third cell is clicked, the ending time will appear. I would want the sheet to be ongoing, therefore I don't think I can use "Now" formulas. Any ideas?

how do i print multiple sheets in excel ?

Hi Jane. Click on the tab (bottom of the worksheet) of the 1st sheet, hold down the Shift key and then click the tab of the last sheet. Click File and then click Print (or click Print Preview to check your selection before printing). Hope that helps.
