Jordan Mallah is a native New Yorker who has taught and practiced yoga since 1996. Founder of Life Aligned Yoga®, he offers an innovative experience for over-worked, stressed-out, and imbalanced people everywhere. His empowering teaching encourages you to skillfully evolve through physical, spiritual, nutritional and purposeful living.
Jordan applies postural alignment and therapeutic biomechanics to facilitate you to heal your mind and body, as you gain freedom from the limitations of pain. He draws on intensive training, teaching expertise and multi-disciplinary learning from cultures around the world, and was a Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher, Sivananda Certified, and is E-RYT-500.
