The mission of I Feel Good is to concentrate our efforts on raising awareness about sustainability via a healthy whole food plant-based vegan diet. We do this via online cooking classes, cooking demonstrations, cook books and experiential hands on cooking classes and retreats. We show people how to harvest, prepare and cook food direct from the garden in its whole state – just the way nature intended.
