A certified teacher of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Kids Yoga. She is also a Schwinn Spin Instructor and spends her time teaching group and private fitness classes. Having expressed a love for physical fitness at a young age, Christina completed her Physical Education and Health degree at the University of Toronto. Today she is the founder of Empow-ware, yoga aiding people of all abilities and ages toward optimal alignment – creating clear minds and strong bodies.
