Whitney Lauritsen is many things: journalist, filmmaker, photographer, social media guru… but most of all she is an eco-conscious vegan. She dedicates her time and energies to spreading awareness about how to make healthy eating choices and develop a planet-friendly lifestyle. Whitney graduated from Emerson College in 2004 with a degree in film production. After several years of working in the industry she discovered a passion for journalism and launched the Eco-Vegan Gal website in 2008.
