In the first lesson, how you described the strumming pattern did not match the words on the screen.
Chili Monster
Hi Linda nobody has ever mentioned this before so I'm unsure what you mean can you be a bit more specific please and I'll try to sort it out ...

is there any way to make it easier to get the b strins easier for my fingers to press the strings without makeing it sound flatim haveing a hard time contorteing my fingers on that one?
Chili Monster
the B chord is one of the more difficult chords to play . Try this - barre the second fret with the first finger (barre means lay the finger flat across all 4 strings) then put tip of 2nd finger on C string 3rd fret and tip of 3rd finger on G string 4th fret - its not easy but keep trying and it will get there with practice. if all else fails you can cheat and play just the bottom 3 strings using the Em chord shape moved down one string but dont play the A string

There were too many new chords to learn at once for a beginner with too little time to practice each. To practice myself before lesson 3 I would need a reminder of a diagram for each to practice from.

You can download a chord chart from my website which may help, here: http://www.shroprock.co.uk/ChiliMonsterChordChart.html
