How can a blind person like myself build a gaming computer? What sound card do you recommend, since I use a screen reader and graphics aren’t important to me.

What does it take to run eight monitors. Yes eight. How many video cards, four? This computer I want to build is for dispatch and control of a vary large model railroad. Eight monitors are needed to show all the track diagram at one time.

Two video cards that have four outputs each. Typically two DVI, one HDMI and one display port. Just about any modern video card designed for gaming will have four outputs. I believe two cards will work together for 8 monitors, though I've never tried it. I don't know if Windows limits it depending on your version or not...
