Thank you Natasha for helping us put things in perspective. My son is 13 and dealing with the fear of throwing up and being sick. He’s got a great school counselor who he visits when he feels overwhelmed. We’re doing mindfulness meditation at home. I saw our first panic attack over the weekend at his basketball game. I’m going to reach out to a child therapist for support for him and for me. I appreciate so much the language tools and information you’re providing here. Very grateful.

Hi Natasha, I have really enjoyed this course. My son and I have been working through some challenges this week, he's definitely progressing and interestingly opening up on things - he has started telling every little thing that's bothering him! Some other new anxieties have popped up too - which I am guessing is due to us dealing with this.....The challenge box helped a lot.

Very helpful. I NEVER would have connected all the dots of what I just thought was my sons quirky traits/behavior. The few approaches I've learned and have been able to try so far worked remarkably well and I am so appreciative! Thanks so much!

Thanks for taking the time to write a comment Paige. I am happy to hear the approaches are helping your son! Anxiety can look quirky sometimes ????
