I live near Chicago, and I've never seen wild parrots. Where can I see these parrots in Chicago? How can they survive the winter? I find it hard to believe that they've been living in Chicago since the seventies! The winters were incredibly brutal in the seventies, and I really don't see how they could have survived, or even how they can survive now.
