Don’t you think success should be defined by your belief in how well your living your life even if it’s not up to someone else’s standards? I have a ton of self doubt and depression in my daily life. I know people who live lives similar to me who are happy and don’t have that depression because they seem unaware of the lives they are living. Sometimes I think it would be easier to just give up trying to be mindful and try to enjoy life rather then second guess every decision in life.

I suggest not worrying about meeting someone else's standards of success, as that is a set-up for pain on many levels. Mindful awareness is not about second-guessing every decision you make; it is about taking 100% ownership for the impact your decisions (choices, actions & behaviors) have upon you and everyone that your life impacts. It is about serving others not just being focused on relative self-happiness. You might appreciate Lesson Two on Humility. Peace. :)

I find you do not teach with the understanding that everyone brings something to the table that is valuable. You might need to try to understand further the value of sensitive people. I’m getting a somewhat non professional, personal judgement of those intuitive, highly sensitive productive people who are highly productive.

Thanks for your input. I am an intuitive, highly sensitive, highly productive person myself. However, at age 61 I have learned by experience that not "everyone" brings something valuable to the table. Some bring a great deal of destruction, pain, and suffering. Peace.
