No more worrying about drag marks or grainy icing! Here are my two favorite recipes for all natural smooth buttercream frosting, both chocolate and vanilla flavors. This is my go-to wedding cake finisher because it performs so well and tastes amazingly good. It's also stable enough to double as a cake filling.
