LOVE your videos-thanks so much! U ARE the best! I'm having a problem with Magic Loop laddering at the join &up. I'm determined to make some gift fingerless mitts with a simple pattern I've used before. It laddered a little bit-this time it's worse. I've ripped many times. Am using your lovely single strand double knot cast-on. 1st row is K1P1. I joined round by switching 1st and last.Tried knitting st.#1&2 each row tighter/looser, try to keep cord&work pinched close. Nothing works! Pls.help!

Try shifting your stitches. Sometimes if you move the last unworked stitch of the round to the working needle, knit it (or purl it) and put it back you'll find the ladder problem will disappear. Give it a try and let me know if it helps ; - )

I think watching you do this that I probably will never do it that way! I haven't mastered multiple needles, but there is a lot less shifting, etc. I am glad I watched because I had never actually seen how it was done. Thank you.
