Great basics. I don't understan the double down. Why would you do that and how do you win?

Vegas Aces
The player will double down if they have a strong hand and the dealer has a weak up card. For example, if the dealer had a 6 up card, that is viewed as weak. And if the player has an 11, then that is viewed as strong and they will want to double down because they assume they are going to get a 10 card, get 21 and double their money. (If the player wins, they get paid even money on both bets.) If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!
