Hi TJ, I enjoyed your interviewing advice and you made some good suggestions. I am wondering if you would would do anything differently if you are interviewing for a job in local government/public sector?

Hi Raluca, Every interview needs to be prepared for given the context of the exact organization and entity involved. The big picture of stressing your main strengths and ideas applies, but make sure it fits into the culture of the organization.
