How do you adjust the depth of the cowl.
Deby at So Sew Easy
You can adjust at the shoulders if you need to. Pin them in place and try on. If you want to raise, it, unpin one should at a time, pull more of the front fabric through to back and repin. Repeat for the other. Once you are happy, just double check they are even, refold the shoulder layers neatly and sew, trimming off any excess.

I was finally able to download the pattern, so please disregard. I do have a suggestion for future classes: It would be good for students to see you sew on knit. To see how you hold the fabric under the foot and if you pull or not.
Deby at So Sew Easy
Thanks for your feedback. The knit fabric should never be pulled unless mentioned, where one seam has to be eased into another. Instead, the correct stitch should be selected that gives with the fabric.

I have moved to the next lesson in the series but I cannot download the cowl pattern. It says I need to be enrolled in the lesson. What do I need to do? I am a yearly member of this site.
