Does this law only say pay equal salary for men and women in the same job performing the same? Or does this mean every company is obligated to pay any men or women the same no matter how they perform? Also does this mean people can't negotiate their salaries anymore? Because their is difference between men and women when negotiations are done. If the freedom of negotiation will exist there will be a pay difference.
