There is this wrong notion that Bollywood movies represent India and Indian movies as a whole Not true at all. Indian movie industry is the largest in the world and it’s because there are many regional language movies whose quality are much better than Bollywood (Hindi movies). They are more original and sensible . Unfortunately they are not recognised as much due to the audience are region specific. Kamal Hassan , Mohan Lal, Mani Ratnam, Adoor Gopalakrishnan, AR Rahman to name a few from south
