Navratilova is correct, you can't change your chromosomes It doesn't matter how many chemicals you pump into your body or how many operations you undergo to change it's outward appearance you will still have and "X" and a "Y" chromosome and those express themselves differently then 2 "X's". A female transgender athlete will always have a physical advantage over a 2"X" chromosome female athlete because of the expression of the "XY" chromosome. It's not fair and it is certainly NOT transphobic.
