I agree that The Fall poem wasn't what I thought that child's experience would have been. Plus I expected it to be about an elderly person-which should be a person more affect it by the fall then a child in my view.

"...these were not the fields of Heaven." Disappointment that heavenly experiences have to wait. Pain is a sign that this world remains.

I can't continue to listen to these poems? w/o comment. The ones from days past get away with it. So, the fall; I'm not impressed, it seemed unrealistic to me. As a boy I fell often but was just as likely to be laying on the Clover carefully seeing what there was to see and imagine. Nope, didn't do it for me. I didn't care for the reader either.
